Keyanna Peters, LPC

Keyanna is the owner of Stepping Stones to Success, LLC. Counselor Keyanna is a National Certified Licensed Professional Counselor. She enjoys working with women and adolescents struggling to come to terms with life's challenges.  Keyanna's professional clinical background includes, but not limited to: residential adolescent drug addiction and recovery,  working with unruly and strong-willed youth,  youth and adolescent group therapy and providing group and individual parenting education and support.


Although Keyanna assesses each client to determine the best approach to  assist  in emotional healing,  Keyanna has a strong interest in applying Acceptance Commitment Therapy and a Reality Based approach to guiding client's along their journey.


Keyanna also has a special interest in assisting minority clinicians in obtaining their ALC, LPC and gaining private practice experience through Stepping Stones to Success Counseling, with a goal to increase the availability of licensed minority clinicians throughout the community. Keyanna Peters is on track to becoming and LPC-S and plans t o begin to offer supervision services for ALC's in the summer of 2021 as well as offering private parent coaching as a facilitator of   Breakthrough Parenting.


Keyanna provides services for most major insurance panels.



Mylane Wigley, LPC


Office Location: Oxford, AL



Mylane Wigley is a  Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-five  years of experience working with children, teens and families. She has a background in Community Agency Counseling and Residential Treatment as well as experience in an educational setting. 


Counselor Mylane easily builds relationships and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Bibliotherapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Mylane is available for teletherapy as well as  in office sessions.


Mylane provides services for most major insurance panels.

Ebony Heard, ALC


Office Location: Oxford, AL

Ebony Heard is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Mindi Amberson, LPC-S. As a Counselor, her goal is to assist families, children and adults, in seeking out healthy resolutions for themselves and to aid them in the strengthening of their relationships leading to peace, wholeness and their well-being.

With 10 years of experience, from working with Child Protective Services as an investigator to being a Foster Care and Placement Manager, she has firsthand knowledge and understanding of the importance of the safety and quality of life for families and children.

Counselor Ebony understands that there's no single approach that works for all individuals, which led to acquiring training in various therapeutic techniques to include, but not limited to; Trauma Focused CBT, Reality therapy, Choice therapy and DBT therapy,

Ebony is currently accepting Alabama Children's Medicaid, RMC EAP and Private Pay.


Christina Murray, ALC


Office Location: Anniston, AL

Christina Murray is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Cotina Stroud, LPC-S. She has experience working with troubled and at-risk adolescents, providing innovative community-based and family focused therapeutic services. She is passionate about helping a diverse group of people and minorities, with a particular interest in the LGBTQIA population.

Christina hopes to help these individuals better cope with discrimination, oppression, coming out to one’s family, and finding their authentic self in the face of social expectations. She applies a client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles, identify strengths, improve relationships, and encourage them to develop effective problem- solving skills.  Christina is available for teletherapy,  in office sessions and school-based therapy.
